Penile and anal cancers are rare, constituting less than 1% of male cancers in Singapore. Identifying potential signs and considering preventive measures is essential.

Penile and anal cancer may present as growths in the respective region that increase in size and distort the adjacent anatomy. Often it can be difficult to tell so a review by a doctor is very important.

  • Both are linked with a variety of risk factors but the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) is a common link.
  • Although used primarily for cervical cancer, the HPV Vaccine can reduce your risk of penile and anal cancer as well.
